Cover is provided for residential homes used either for private holiday/second home use or let on a short term basis.

The policy can provide cover for both buildings and contents and automatically includes Legal Expenses cover.

Our approach is to provide flexible underwriting for all holiday home risks, from a “clean” risk to one requiring specialist underwriting due to its non-standard nature.
